The Pastorial Care ministry for the Pastors and first family serves as a spiritual, financial and emotional support system. As such, committee members may be privy to details or areas of the pastors’ life that other congregants may not be aware of. Serving as a pastors’ aide committee member requires the highest level of confidentiality.
